Instead of vague hour logs, apprentices submit quick “proof cards” (photo/video, checklist, supervisor sign-off) mapped to a standardized skill framework per trade/role. Supervisors approve in seconds, and the system builds an audit-ready portfolio for employers, unions, schools, and regulators. An AI assistant helps convert messy notes, videos, and job-site photos into structured competency entries, flags missing requirements, and suggests next tasks to close gaps. The app also supports cohort management, reminders, and simple reporting for program coordinators. The goal is to reduce paperwork, prevent fraudulent logging, and make apprentices demonstrably job-ready with portable, verifiable records. It’s not a learning platform; it’s the system of record for apprenticeship competence and compliance.
