SkillProof

SkillProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps companies and training providers verify whether workshops actually change behavior at work. Instead of post-session smile sheets, it runs short, scheduled “proof tasks” over 2–4 weeks: micro-assignments tied to the workshop outcomes (e.g., run a 1:1 using a template, ship a small process change, write a customer email using a framework). Managers and peers can quickly confirm completion with a one-click rubric, and participants upload simple artifacts (links, screenshots, short notes). The app generates a defensible impact report: adoption rate, time-to-apply, and examples of work produced—useful for L&D, HR, and budget owners. It also supports cohort-based workshops with automated nudges, reminders, and a clear completion path. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft proof tasks and summarize evidence, but humans validate outcomes.
