SkillProof is a web + mobile AI-assisted vocational assessment platform that lets training providers and employers verify real, job-ready competence through short, standardized performance tasks. Instead of relying on course completion, learners record evidence (video, screen capture, photos, checklists) while completing trade-specific tasks (e.g., wiring a circuit, prepping a weld, setting up a CNC job, patient transfer steps). An AI rubric assistant pre-scores submissions for completeness and flags safety/compliance issues, then a human assessor (instructor or certified reviewer) finalizes the score. Employers get a simple “skills passport” with task-level proof, timestamps, and assessor identity. Providers use it to reduce manual grading time and to show placement partners credible outcomes. The product lives or dies on trust: clear rubrics, audit trails, and consistent scoring. Start with 1–2 verticals where evidence capture is straightforward and demand is high (e.g., HVAC, welding, IT helpdesk).
