SkillProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps job seekers prove role-fit through short, standardized work simulations tied to specific industries and roles (e.g., SDR, data analyst, customer success, junior PM). Instead of generic quizzes, candidates complete 20–45 minute tasks using realistic artifacts—emails, spreadsheets, tickets, briefs—and get a shareable “Proof Pack” containing outputs, rubric-based scoring, and a short reflection. Employers can request a specific simulation link, reducing noisy resumes and saving screening time. The app is a combination traditional + AI: AI generates role-specific scenarios, anonymizes submissions, and drafts feedback, but scoring is anchored to rubrics and calibrated benchmarks to avoid hallucinated evaluations. Monetization: candidates pay per Proof Pack or subscription; employers pay for team access and applicant pipelines. This is not magic: it won’t replace interviews, but it can reliably filter and showcase competence early.
