SkillScreener is a web app (with optional mobile candidate link) that helps small and mid-sized employers screen applicants using short, role-specific work simulations instead of résumé keywords. Hiring managers pick a template (customer support, SDR, warehouse lead, junior analyst, etc.), customize a few parameters, and send candidates a timed link. The app auto-scores objective parts (accuracy, speed, adherence to instructions) and produces a simple rubric-based review for subjective parts, keeping the decision trail auditable. It integrates with common ATS tools so results attach to the candidate profile automatically. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps generate simulation prompts, scoring rubrics, and structured feedback summaries, but the core value is standardized, repeatable assessments. The goal is fewer wasted interviews, faster shortlists, and less bias from résumé screening.
