Nonprofits post templates-based requests with clear inputs/outputs, deadlines, and “definition of done.” Volunteers browse by skill, time, and cause, then deliver work inside the app with lightweight collaboration and file handoff. An AI assistant helps nonprofits write better briefs and helps volunteers produce first drafts (copy, layouts, checklists) while enforcing scope so requests don’t balloon. The app tracks impact with concrete artifacts delivered, hours saved, and repeat engagements, building a credible contribution portfolio for users. Monetization is a nonprofit subscription for posting and workflow, with optional corporate team plans for employee volunteering programs.
