SkillSprint

SkillSprint is a web + mobile AI app that turns real job postings into a 4–8 week reskilling plan with measurable outcomes. Users paste a job link (or pick a target role), and the app extracts required skills, tools, and seniority signals, then generates a weekly plan of micro-projects that mirror actual work: dashboards, scripts, ticket-style tasks, and short writeups. It tracks proof-of-skill via deliverables (GitHub links, portfolio uploads, quizzes) and provides structured feedback with an AI reviewer plus optional human review marketplace. The app also includes “reality checks”: salary ranges, location/remote constraints, and probability-of-hire estimates based on the user’s background and local demand. It’s designed to reduce wasted time on generic courses and force users into portfolio-grade outputs employers can evaluate.
