SkillSwapMap is a web + mobile AI-assisted app that helps people cross-skill by pairing them with complementary partners for short, real deliverables. Instead of “learn X someday,” you commit to a two-week micro-project (e.g., a landing page, a dashboard, a pitch deck) and exchange value: you teach what you know while getting coached on what you don’t. The app matches users by goals, time zone, availability, and proof-of-work portfolios, then generates a simple project scope, milestones, and a weekly plan. It includes lightweight accountability: check-ins, shared artifacts, and a final “demo day” submission that becomes portfolio evidence. It’s brutally practical: if you don’t ship, your reputation score drops and matching gets harder. The goal is to make cross-skilling feel like a trade apprenticeship, not endless content consumption.
