SkirtSeal

SkirtSeal is a mobile + web app that helps manufactured/mobile home owners and installers diagnose and fix skirting and underbelly problems before they turn into expensive moisture, pest, and HVAC issues. Users take guided photos around the perimeter and underbelly access points; the app generates a prioritized punch list (gaps, missing vents, torn belly wrap, standing water, insulation loss) and a materials estimate tied to common skirting systems. It also produces a simple “before/after” report for landlords, park managers, or insurance documentation. This is not a magic wand: many homes have structural, drainage, or code issues that still require a pro. The value is speed, clarity, and fewer missed items—especially for owners who don’t know what to look for and contractors who want repeatable scopes.
