SLAAnchor
SLAAnchor is a web app that continuously turns operational telemetry into SLA compliance evidence you can actually defend in audits and customer escalations. It connects to your monitoring and incident tools, then maps metrics (uptime, latency, error rate, response times) to specific contract clauses and reporting periods. Instead of generic dashboards, it produces immutable “evidence packets” for each customer/month: metric sources, query definitions, incident timelines, exclusions, and approvals. An AI assistant helps draft plain-English explanations for breaches, suggests remediation actions, and flags ambiguous clauses that are likely to be disputed. Realistically, this won’t replace legal review or enterprise GRC suites; it wins by being lightweight, DevOps-native, and focused on the last-mile problem: proving what happened, why it counts, and who signed off.
