SlackSentry

SlackSentry is a web app + Slack app that delivers security awareness in the flow of chat, not in quarterly training portals nobody finishes. It watches for high-risk patterns in Slack messages (suspicious links, credential-sharing, payment requests, new vendor bank details) and triggers short, contextual micro-lessons or “confirm before you act” prompts. Admins get lightweight policy templates, a risk heatmap by team, and proof-of-training exports for audits. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle obvious issues, while an LLM classifies intent (e.g., “CEO needs gift cards” vs. normal procurement) and generates tailored coaching text. Reality check: it won’t eliminate phishing, but it can measurably reduce the most common Slack-enabled mistakes and shorten time-to-correct behavior because the feedback is immediate and specific.
