SLAFlow

SLAFlow is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) that lets ops teams build no-code workflows specifically for cross-team handoffs with measurable SLAs. Instead of being another generic Zapier clone, it focuses on the messy reality: approvals, waiting on humans, and accountability. Users create “handoff contracts” (e.g., Sales → Onboarding, Support → Engineering) with required fields, owners, time limits, escalation paths, and audit trails. The system watches for stalled steps, missing data, and repeated rework patterns, then triggers escalations and creates tasks in the tools teams already use. An AI layer can classify inbound requests, auto-fill fields from context, and suggest the next best routing based on past outcomes—but the core value works without AI. The dashboard shows where work actually gets stuck, who is overloaded, and which handoffs violate SLAs most often.
