SLAForge
SLAForge is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that monitors business process automations end-to-end and flags when they silently degrade. Instead of only checking whether a bot “ran,” it verifies outcomes: expected records created, invoices posted, tickets closed, files delivered, and downstream systems updated. It connects to common RPA/orchestration tools and core systems (ERP/CRM/helpdesk) to build simple outcome checks, then tracks SLA compliance, error budgets, and recurring failure patterns. When something slips, it routes actionable alerts to the right owner with context (run ID, changed UI element, API error, missing credential, data anomaly) and a suggested fix playbook. The product is realistic: it doesn’t “self-heal” everything, but it dramatically reduces time-to-detect and time-to-triage for brittle automations that currently fail in the dark.
