SLAForge

SLAForge is a web app (with optional CLI agent) that continuously converts service telemetry into defensible SLA and compliance evidence. It pulls SLO/SLA signals from common sources (status pages, incident tools, cloud metrics) and produces immutable monthly “evidence packs” that include calculations, incident timelines, exclusions, and approvals. Instead of spreadsheets and ad-hoc screenshots, teams get a repeatable workflow: define SLA rules once, map services to data sources, and generate customer-ready reports with a clear chain of custody. It also flags gaps—missing monitors, ambiguous maintenance windows, inconsistent incident tagging—before an audit or customer QBR. This is not a generic compliance platform; it’s narrowly focused on the painful last mile: proving SLA performance with traceable inputs and consistent math. Expect some setup effort: if your monitoring/incident hygiene is messy, the app will expose it.
