SLAHandoff

SLAHandoff is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that automates cross-team workflow handoffs in enterprises—where most delays and blame happen. It sits on top of existing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce) and creates explicit “handoff contracts” for each step: required fields, acceptance criteria, owner, and SLA clock. When a task is handed off, the receiving team must accept/reject with a reason; missing inputs trigger automatic requests and block the handoff until complete. The app tracks SLA time by stage, not just overall ticket age, and produces audit-ready evidence of where work stalled. Managers get a live dashboard of bottlenecks, recurring rejection reasons, and teams that consistently ship incomplete handoffs. This is not another workflow builder; it’s a guardrail layer that makes existing workflows measurable and enforceable.
