SLAProof is a web app for B2B SaaS and API providers that automatically tracks uptime against contractual SLAs and generates customer-ready “Compliance Reports” whenever an outage or degradation occurs. It connects to your monitoring and incident tools, ingests availability and latency data, and maps it to each customer’s specific SLA terms (monthly uptime %, maintenance windows, exclusions, service credits). When an incident closes, SLAProof calculates impact per customer, produces a clear report with timelines, metrics, and credit eligibility, and lets you send it via email or a customer portal link. It also maintains an audit trail of data sources and calculations to reduce disputes. Teams can configure multiple SLA templates, attach contracts, and get proactive alerts when the month’s remaining error budget is at risk. This replaces spreadsheet math and reduces back-and-forth with procurement and customer success.
