SLAStopwatch
SLAStopwatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks time-sensitive operational tasks against strict SLAs in real time—think incident acknowledgements, customer escalations, payment retries, lab sample handling, or warehouse dispatch cutoffs. It ingests events from tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, PagerDuty, and custom webhooks, then starts “countdown timers” per ticket/order with business-hours rules, dependencies, and escalation paths. When risk rises, it pushes targeted alerts to the right owner and their backup, with a clear next action and a one-click “I’m on it” acknowledgment. The dashboard is intentionally simple: what’s about to breach, what already breached, and why. It also produces postmortem-ready timelines and SLA compliance reports. This is a traditional app with light AI for alert deduplication and suggested routing, not a full AI agent.
