SLAWatch

SLAWatch is a lightweight network monitoring app that helps small businesses and IT consultants document ISP performance and outages with evidence that actually holds up in billing disputes. It runs a tiny on-prem probe (Raspberry Pi or existing mini-PC) that continuously measures latency, packet loss, jitter, DNS resolution, and throughput to multiple neutral endpoints, then correlates results with modem logs and public outage signals. A web dashboard turns raw data into plain-English incident reports, SLA compliance summaries, and exportable PDFs you can send to an ISP or management. This is not another generic NMS: it’s narrowly focused on the one thing most teams fail at—collecting defensible proof over time. It supports multi-site rollups, alerting, and scheduled reports. Expect some setup friction (probe install and permissions), but once deployed it quietly builds the paper trail you wish you had during every “it’s not us” ISP argument.
