SLAWatch
SLAWatch is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously monitors vendor performance against your contracted SLAs and auto-generates evidence for QBRs and renewals. Instead of living in spreadsheets and email threads, you connect data sources you already have (ticketing, uptime pages, cloud status feeds, invoice exports) and define a few SLA rules: response time, resolution time, uptime, delivery dates, penalty clauses, and escalation paths. The app flags breaches early, quantifies impact, and produces a clean monthly scorecard with supporting artifacts. It also tracks “soft signals” like chronic slow replies, repeated handoffs, and invoice anomalies. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for integrations/rules, AI to summarize incidents, draft escalation emails, and extract SLA terms from contracts. The goal is not to replace procurement—just to stop vendor underperformance from being invisible until renewal time.
