SLAWatchdog is a web app (with optional lightweight agent) that continuously measures SLA/SLO compliance across your real customer paths and turns it into audit-ready evidence. It pulls metrics from your existing stack (cloud monitoring, incident tools, status pages, ticketing) and normalizes them into a single “source of truth” for uptime, latency, support response times, and maintenance windows. The product generates monthly SLA reports, customer-facing summaries, and internal compliance packs with immutable timestamps and change history. It also tracks contract-specific rules (exclusions, grace periods, region scope) so teams stop arguing about what counts as downtime. This is not a generic dashboard: it’s a workflow for preventing disputes, reducing credits, and surviving audits. Expect a narrow focus on SLA evidence and defensible calculations, not yet another observability platform.
