SleepProof

SleepProof is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps parents of ages 1–6 build a consistent bedtime routine using short, timed “routine cards” (bath, brush, book, lights) and a simple, evidence-based schedule. It generates a realistic bedtime/wake/nap plan from a few inputs (age, wake time, daycare naps, typical meltdowns), then tracks adherence with one-tap check-ins. The app focuses on what parents actually do: quick logging, reminders that adapt when the day goes off the rails, and a “minimum viable bedtime” fallback plan for rough nights. An optional AI layer summarizes patterns (e.g., late nap = 45-minute bedtime delay) and suggests small adjustments, not generic sleep advice. It also includes a caregiver handoff mode so grandparents/babysitters can follow the same routine without long explanations.
