SlippageLab
SlippageLab is a web + desktop app that measures your real execution quality across brokers and venues, then shows the hidden costs you’re actually paying: slippage, spread, partial fills, order queue effects, and latency-driven misses. You connect via broker APIs, import fills, and the app benchmarks each trade against multiple reference prices (mid, NBBO, arrival price, VWAP) to produce an “Execution Report Card.” It flags patterns like “market orders during low liquidity,” “stop orders triggering into gaps,” and “limit orders consistently missing by 1–2 ticks.” This is not a get-rich trading bot; it’s a cost-auditing tool for active traders who already have an edge but are leaking it in execution. The MVP focuses on equities/crypto fills, basic analytics, and weekly reports, with optional alerts when your costs spike.
