SlipSignal

SlipSignal is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors day-to-day execution signals to flag emerging project risk early—before the schedule and budget are already blown. It connects to Jira/Linear, GitHub/GitLab, and calendars to track leading indicators like aging tickets, blocked work, review bottlenecks, unplanned scope growth, and dependency churn. Instead of generic “red/amber/green” dashboards, it produces a short weekly risk brief: what changed, why it matters, who is impacted, and the smallest corrective action that reduces exposure. It also keeps a lightweight risk register tied to real artifacts (issues, PRs, decisions) so risks don’t rot in spreadsheets. This is not a magic predictor; it’s a disciplined early-warning system that makes risk visible and actionable with minimal overhead.
