SLOAutopsy
SLOAutopsy is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns messy incident data into a structured, evidence-backed “why it happened” narrative tied to SLOs. It ingests traces, logs, metrics, deploy events, and feature-flag changes, then builds an incident timeline, highlights the first bad signal, and quantifies user impact (error budget burn, affected endpoints, regions, and customer segments). The AI layer proposes the most likely causal chain and links each claim to supporting telemetry (queries, spans, log lines), so engineers can verify instead of guessing. It also generates a draft postmortem with action items mapped to owners and services, plus a “recurrence risk” score based on similar past patterns. This is not a full APM replacement; it sits on top of existing tools and focuses on the painful last mile: turning data into decisions and documentation.
