SLODrift
SLODrift is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously checks whether your service-level objectives are quietly becoming meaningless. It ingests SLO definitions and error budgets from common sources (Prometheus/Alertmanager, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic) and compares them against real user-impact signals (latency percentiles, saturation, queue depth, synthetic checks). The core value is “drift detection”: it flags when an SLO is too loose, too strict, or misaligned with current traffic patterns, deployments, or dependency changes. It also detects alert fatigue patterns (paging on symptoms instead of causes, duplicate alerts, flapping) and proposes concrete SLO/alert rule adjustments with a change preview and rollback plan. This is not a full observability platform; it’s a focused layer that audits and improves what you already have, helping teams stop flying blind behind green dashboards.
