SLOSwitch

SLOSwitch is a control-plane web app that sits above your existing load balancers (AWS ALB/NLB, Cloudflare, Fastly, NGINX) and automatically shifts traffic based on real user and service-level objectives, not just CPU or 5xx rates. You define SLOs (p95 latency, error budget burn, checkout success rate) and attach them to routes, regions, or upstream pools. When an SLO degrades, SLOSwitch performs safe, incremental traffic moves (weighted routing, failover, or circuit breaking) and records every decision for auditability. It integrates with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus, pulls golden signals, and supports “guardrails” like max shift per minute and manual approval modes. This is not a new load balancer; it’s an orchestration layer that reduces outages caused by slow, silent failures and bad deploys. Expect enterprise buyers, long sales cycles, and heavy trust requirements.
