SlotPulse

SlotPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile scanner companion) that fixes one painfully common warehousing problem: locations that don’t match reality. It ingests your WMS exports (pick history, receipts, cycle counts), then recommends slotting changes and produces a daily “move list” prioritized by travel-time savings and error reduction. The mobile companion lets supervisors confirm moves and capture exceptions (blocked aisles, damaged rack, overflow) with photos and quick notes. An AI layer flags suspicious patterns—like chronic mispicks tied to specific zones or SKUs that should be separated—and drafts cycle-count tasks for high-risk locations. This is not a full WMS replacement; it’s a pragmatic add-on that works even with older systems via CSV/SFTP. The goal is measurable: fewer mispicks, shorter pick paths, and faster onboarding for new pickers through cleaner, more consistent bin logic.
