SlotSentry

SlotSentry is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that coordinates dock appointments and arrival windows across carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams. It centralizes appointment requests, confirmations, gate check-ins, and live ETA updates, then flags high-risk loads (late arrivals, early arrivals, missing paperwork) before they trigger detention, demurrage, or dock congestion. The AI layer reads inbound emails/PDFs (BOLs, appointment confirmations) and auto-extracts reference numbers, times, and requirements, reducing manual data entry that operations teams hate and often get wrong. Realistically, this won’t replace a TMS/WMS; it plugs into them and focuses on the messy “last mile to the dock” where spreadsheets and phone calls still dominate. The product wins by being narrow, fast to deploy, and measurable: fewer missed appointments, fewer fees, and better dock utilization.
