Venues connect their booking channels (website widget, phone walk-ins, partner marketplaces) into one calendar, then enforce smart policies: deposits, cancellation windows, and automated waitlist backfilling. The AI component flags high-risk reservations (repeat no-showers, suspicious patterns, weather-driven churn) and recommends actions like requiring prepayment or sending extra confirmations. It also automates “gap filling” by offering discounted slots to waitlisted players when cancellations create awkward gaps.
