SlotSnap

SlotSnap is a mobile + web inventory-location app built for small warehouses, backrooms, and workshops that don’t have the budget or patience for a full WMS. Users create a simple location map (zones, shelves, bins) and then scan QR codes on locations and items to confirm put-away and pick. The app keeps a live “last confirmed location” per SKU/serial, flags items that haven’t been location-verified in a while, and produces cycle-count lists optimized by walking path. It supports offline scanning on phones, then syncs when back online. SlotSnap integrates with Shopify, QuickBooks Commerce (where available), and CSV imports so teams can start with what they already use. It’s not trying to do purchasing, forecasting, or complex warehouse logic—just accurate, auditable location truth and faster picks.
