SlotSure

SlotSure is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that fixes one of the most expensive, everyday supply-chain failures: unreliable pickup/delivery appointment scheduling at warehouses and DCs. It provides a shared, rules-based dock calendar where carriers request slots, the facility auto-approves based on constraints (labor, doors, equipment, product type), and both sides get a confirmed “slot contract” with required check-in steps. The system captures real arrival times, detention triggers, and exception reasons (late driver, paperwork, no PO, product not ready) to create a defensible audit trail. It integrates with email/SMS so small carriers don’t need accounts, and it exports to TMS/WMS via simple APIs/CSV. This is not a full TMS—it's a focused operations layer to reduce detention, missed appointments, and phone/email back-and-forth.
