SlotSure

SlotSure is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized shippers reliably schedule carrier pickups and dock appointments, then proves what happened. Instead of living in email threads and carrier portals, teams create pickup requests, define ready-times, carton/pallet counts, accessorials, and location constraints. SlotSure pings supported carriers/3PLs via integrations or structured emails, tracks confirmations, and escalates when SLAs are at risk. It generates a “pickup packet” (BOL, labels, photos, seal numbers, notes) and captures time-stamped evidence at handoff to reduce chargebacks and disputes. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to be a full WMS/TMS. It’s the missing layer between “order is packed” and “carrier actually took it,” where most operational fires happen for growing brands.
