SlotSure is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for carriers and warehouse teams to prevent costly detention and missed delivery windows. It centralizes dock appointment scheduling across shippers, 3PLs, and carriers, then verifies what actually happened using check-in/out timestamps, geofenced arrival, and photo proof of paperwork. The system flags high-risk loads (late ETA, overbooked docks, repeated no-response facilities) and pushes escalation workflows before the truck arrives. Instead of trying to replace a TMS/WMS, SlotSure plugs into existing systems via simple APIs and email parsing to capture appointment confirmations and changes. The output is a clean, auditable timeline per load that supports detention billing, dispute resolution, and continuous improvement. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for extracting appointments from messy emails/PDFs and predicting slot failure risk, but the core value is operational control and proof.
