SlotSure is a web app + lightweight mobile companion for retailers running click-and-collect who are bleeding time on missed pickup windows, understaffed bays, and angry customers. It connects to your existing order system (Shopify, Magento, custom via API) and turns pickup into a capacity-managed operation: dynamic slot availability, bay-level workload, and proactive customer messaging. The AI layer predicts no-shows and late arrivals using historical pickup behavior, weather, local traffic, and order attributes, then automatically suggests slot overbooking buffers or nudges customers to reschedule. Staff get a simple queue view that prioritizes orders by promised time, perishability, and prep status. This is not a “new click-and-collect platform”—it’s a bolt-on control tower for the last 50 meters. Realistically, it wins only if it integrates cleanly and proves it reduces wait times and labor waste within weeks.
