SlotSure is a web app (with a lightweight mobile driver check-in page) that fixes one of the most expensive, boring problems in fulfillment: dock appointment chaos. It centralizes inbound/outbound scheduling, enforces carrier rules (equipment type, pallet count, temperature, paperwork), and reduces no-shows with automated confirmations and rescheduling links. Warehouses can set capacity by door, shift, labor plan, and yard constraints, then publish self-serve slots to carriers and 3PL partners. A simple rules engine flags risky bookings (too many pallets for a door, wrong trailer type, missing ASN) before they become detention fees and overtime. It also tracks arrival, dwell time, and detention exposure so ops teams can push back with data. This is not a TMS replacement; it’s a focused dock-ops layer that integrates with existing WMS/TMS via API or CSV.
