SlotSure is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that fixes the messy, email-and-spreadsheet reality of inbound appointment scheduling for 3PLs, warehouses, and small fulfillment centers. Carriers and suppliers request delivery appointments through a simple portal; the warehouse publishes real capacity rules (dock doors, labor, pallet limits, SKU constraints, blackout windows). SlotSure auto-validates requests against those rules, prevents double-booking, and issues a confirmed time with a QR check-in. It also captures arrival, dwell time, and unload completion to produce a basic scorecard by carrier and vendor. This is not a full WMS or TMS—trying to be one will kill it. The MVP focuses on one painful workflow: getting trucks to show up at the right time with the right info, without endless back-and-forth. Integrations start with email parsing and calendar sync, then expand to EDI/API later.
