SlotSure is a web + mobile app for locker and pickup-point operators to stop the most common operational mess: customers arriving to find lockers full, codes failing, or parcels misplaced. It adds a lightweight reservation layer on top of existing locker systems: couriers pre-book a compartment size and time window, and the site gets a live capacity forecast by bank/door. If the locker network has an API, SlotSure integrates; if not, staff can use a fast “scan-in/scan-out” workflow with QR labels to maintain accurate occupancy. Customers get reliable pickup windows, fallback options (nearby points with guaranteed space), and proactive alerts when a drop is at risk. It’s not trying to replace carriers’ tracking; it focuses on the last 10 meters: capacity, handoff accuracy, and fewer failed deliveries that create support tickets and churn.
