SlotSync is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid film festivals to build and validate screening schedules without spreadsheet chaos. It imports films, runtimes, formats, availability windows, venue specs, and guest constraints, then flags impossible transitions (turnaround time, DCP ingest, Q&A buffers, travel time between venues) before you publish. A lightweight AI layer suggests conflict-free swaps and generates a clean, public-facing schedule feed for your website and ticketing provider. The product focuses on the unglamorous but expensive failure points: last-minute schedule changes, volunteer confusion, and angry filmmakers when screenings overlap with required events. It also outputs printable run-of-show sheets per venue/day and a change-log that keeps staff aligned. This is not a “festival app” for attendees; it’s an operations tool that reduces real operational risk.
