Admins get a single dashboard for renewals, distribution, and policy enforcement, plus guided remediation playbooks that reduce helpdesk tickets. The desktop agent handles local key store operations (Windows Certificate Store, macOS Keychain) and can package certificates for secure transfer when users change devices. This is not “secure email for everyone”; it’s a pragmatic ops tool for regulated teams that must keep S/MIME running. Expect some environment-specific edge cases, but the value is in reducing outages and manual IT work.
