SnapGrade

SnapGrade is a mobile + web app that helps secondhand sellers create consistent, trustworthy item-condition grades in minutes. Sellers take a short guided photo set (front/back/labels/flaws), and the app generates a standardized condition score (e.g., A/B/C), a plain-language disclosure, and a “flaw map” that highlights wear areas. It also suggests a realistic price range by matching the item to recent sold comps and adjusting for condition and completeness. The output exports directly into listing templates for marketplaces (copy/paste or via integrations later). This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles visual defect detection, brand/model matching, and comp summarization; the rest is workflow, templates, and exports. The goal isn’t to replace marketplaces—it’s to reduce returns, disputes, and time wasted rewriting descriptions, especially for high-volume casual resellers.
