SnoozeProof

SnoozeProof is a mobile + web task manager built specifically to prevent “task decay” (the slow death of important to-dos in endless lists). Instead of letting you create unlimited tasks, it enforces a small active queue and requires a concrete next action, time estimate, and a “failure cost” note for anything you keep. Tasks automatically age: if you ignore them, the app forces a decision—schedule, delegate, split into a smaller step, or delete. A lightweight AI assistant helps rewrite vague tasks into actionable next steps and suggests realistic time blocks based on your history, but the core system works without AI. The goal isn’t another pretty list; it’s a decision engine that keeps your commitments honest and your daily plan small enough to execute.
