SnoozeRitual

SnoozeRitual is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) focused on one narrow, high-demand outcome: falling asleep faster and reducing bedtime anxiety using mindfulness. Instead of an endless library, it prescribes a 7–12 minute nightly “ritual” built from short components: breath pacing, body scan, cognitive defusion, and a closing intention. The app adapts based on what actually happened—time-to-sleep estimate, nighttime awakenings, and next-day grogginess—so it can stop recommending what isn’t working. It also includes “panic button” sessions for 2 a.m. wake-ups and a minimalist audio design that avoids stimulating music. This is not therapy and won’t fix clinical insomnia alone, but it can be a practical, low-friction tool for people who are stressed and tired of browsing meditation apps. Monetization: subscription with a free starter ritual pack.
