SnoreProof

SnoreProof is a mobile AI app that helps couples and solo sleepers reduce snoring by running short, structured experiments and showing what actually changes outcomes. It records overnight audio locally, detects snore events, and correlates them with simple inputs like sleep position, alcohol timing, nasal strips, room humidity, and bedtime. Instead of vague “sleep scores,” it outputs a weekly snore index, partner-disturbance minutes, and confidence-ranked triggers. The app guides users through one change at a time (e.g., side-sleeping + pillow height) and flags when patterns suggest possible sleep apnea, recommending a clinician evaluation (without pretending to diagnose). It’s realistic: many users won’t fully “fix” snoring, but they can often reduce frequency and intensity measurably. Privacy is a core feature: audio stays on-device by default, with optional encrypted cloud backup.
