SnowClaim

SnowClaim is a mobile + web app for ski resorts to capture, standardize, and close out on-mountain incidents (injuries, collisions, lift stops, property damage) with far less paperwork. Patrol or lift ops can create a report in the field using guided forms, photo/video capture, GPS location, timestamped witness statements, and digital signatures—then sync when back online. The system auto-generates insurer-ready PDFs, maintains an audit trail, and routes tasks to risk management (follow-ups, equipment checks, CCTV requests). An AI layer can draft narratives from structured inputs, flag missing details, and suggest next steps based on resort policy templates. This is not glamorous, but it’s operationally real: resorts lose time and expose themselves legally when reports are incomplete, inconsistent, or delayed. The product sells as compliance + time savings, not “cool tech.”
