SoberStock is a mobile + web app for bars, restaurants, and event teams to manage non-alcoholic cocktail programs like a real profit center. It tracks NA spirits, syrups, juices, garnishes, and pre-batches with par levels, expiry dates, and cost-per-pour. Staff can build standardized mocktail recipes, generate prep lists, and log daily waste/spoilage in seconds. The app produces a simple “NA menu profitability” view: contribution margin per drink, top sellers, and which ingredients are quietly killing margins. It also supports vendor price updates and suggests cheaper substitutions without changing flavor targets (e.g., citrus acid blends vs fresh limes for high-volume nights). This is not a consumer discovery app; it’s ops software for operators who already want to sell more zero-proof drinks but struggle to run it consistently.
