SoilLease

SoilLease is a web + mobile app that turns messy soil tests into a standardized, decision-ready “Soil Condition Report” for farmland leases and purchases. Users upload lab PDFs/CSVs, photos, and field boundaries; the app normalizes units, flags missing metadata (depth, sampling date, method), and produces a comparable scorecard for pH, OM, CEC, salinity, nutrients, and compaction risk. It also generates plain-language clauses and addenda for leases (e.g., liming responsibilities, nutrient drawdown, remediation timelines) based on the soil baseline and target thresholds. This is not a magic agronomy oracle: it won’t replace a consultant, and recommendations are conservative and citation-backed. The value is in reducing deal friction, preventing disputes, and making soil condition auditable over time with repeat sampling reminders and versioned reports.
