SoilProof is a mobile + web app that helps regenerative farms and ranches produce credible, low-friction evidence of practices and outcomes for buyers, lenders, and grant programs. Instead of promising full “carbon accounting,” it focuses on what’s realistically collectible: practice logs (cover crops, reduced tillage, grazing rotations), geo-tagged photos, input invoices, and simple field-level baselines. It generates audit-friendly “Proof Packs” aligned to common buyer questionnaires and program requirements, with clear confidence levels and missing-data flags. An AI assistant drafts documentation, checks for inconsistencies (dates, locations, duplicate photos), and suggests what evidence to capture next. The product aims to reduce the paperwork burden that kills participation in regen programs, while helping farms avoid greenwashing claims by keeping claims narrow, sourced, and traceable. It integrates with basic farm tools (spreadsheets, QuickBooks exports) rather than requiring a full farm-management overhaul.
