SoloRitual
SoloRitual is a mobile app that helps people feel content in solitude by turning “being alone” into structured, satisfying micro-rituals. Instead of vague self-care prompts, it offers 10–30 minute guided solo sessions (walk loops, café sit-and-observe, home reset, creative sprints, quiet dinners) with a simple start/finish flow. The app tracks consistency and mood shifts without pretending to be therapy. An optional AI coach suggests rituals based on your schedule, energy, weather, and past outcomes, then nudges you to do them offline. After each ritual, you log one sentence: what you noticed, what you enjoyed, what felt hard. Over time, it builds a “solitude playbook” that proves you can be alone without spiraling. It’s designed for people who don’t want endless journaling, social feeds, or toxic positivity—just practical structure and small wins.
