SoloSane

SoloSane is a mobile + web app that helps people build genuine comfort with solitude without turning it into another performative “wellness” routine. It creates short, structured “solo sessions” (10–45 minutes) tailored to your mood and constraints: quiet walks, café sits, museum loops, journaling prompts, or phone-free micro-retreats. The app tracks only what matters: how you felt before/after and what environments reliably improve contentment. It also includes a “social detox” mode that blocks selected apps and replaces the urge-scroll with a single grounding action. An AI coach suggests next sessions based on patterns (time of day, location type, anxiety spikes), but it stays lightweight—no therapy cosplay, no toxic positivity. The goal is repeatable, low-friction solitude that feels safe and satisfying, not isolating.
