Somatiq

Somatiq is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps people understand how stress, sleep, and daily events affect physical sensations (jaw tension, headaches, gut discomfort, chest tightness). Users log quick “body check-ins” (30 seconds) and optionally connect Apple Health/Google Fit for sleep and activity. The app runs short, clinically grounded somatic exercises (breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, interoception drills) and tracks whether symptoms improve afterward. An AI coach summarizes patterns weekly (e.g., “neck tension spikes after late caffeine + low sleep”) and suggests small experiments, not vague advice. It also includes a red-flag safety layer that warns when symptoms could require medical attention and nudges users to seek care. This is not therapy and won’t replace a clinician; it’s a structured self-tracking and skills practice tool for body-mind awareness.
